Milan Pavić, Master of Economics, owner, and director of the company "Coly d.o.o.", born on November 7, 1942, in Ruševica near Slunj, Kordun. After his primary education, he finished the high school in Karlovac (1958-1962), and then graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb (1962-1966). He did his master's studies from 1969-1972, also at the University of Zagreb, and obtained his master's degree from the Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Economics.
In his working career, he performed important functions in socio-political organizations, government, and economy.
In 1976, he was elected General Manager and Chairman of the Management Board of the company "Jugoturbina" Karlovac. He performed this duty for the next ten years, when through development programs, under his leadership, several new factories were built using the most advanced technologies in the field of production. Plants were opened in Vojnić, Slunj, Drvar, Negotin and Gostivar and the number of employees increased from 4,000 to 10,000 workers. Active in the work of business associations to which "Jugoturbina" belonged, he chaired them several times: "JUMEL", "Dunavbrod", "Jadranbrod", "INGRA" and others. He represented the Yugoslav mechanical engineering in relevant foreign organizations. He was elected President of the Yugoslav Chamber of Commerce in 1986 and served until December 31, 1990, from where he moved to "Comex". At the end of 1992, he founded the company "COLY" and is its owner and current director.
